Is This Joe Rogan’s Podcast Debut for Trump?
Trump is meeting with Rogan for the first time. Rogan has stated categorically that he is not a Republican, despite the fact that the majority of his listeners are male and comprised of Republicans, Democrats, and independents.
In a 2022 episode of his Spotify podcast, Rogan reportedly stated, “I’m a bleeding heart liberal when it comes to a lot of s**t,” as reported by Variety. When I was a kid, I was living off of welfare. In my opinion, it is crucial. In my opinion, a social safety net is very necessary. We need to support one another. We are meant to be a united community.
Additionally, the comedian voiced his disapproval of the Republican Party on multiple occasions.
In his statement at the time, Rogan expressed hisstonishment at the fact that the group was targeting both abortion rights and gay marriage. “Gay marriage is nothing to laugh at. It’s a marriage, but it’s a marriage for homosexual individuals. … I almost get the impression that they want us to fight since they’re pursuing that now. They are trying to find every possible method to split us apart.
The host went on to accuse Republicans of “removing freedoms” and inciting “to fight over things like gay marriage or get us to fight over things like abortion.” Regarding Trump, Rogan stated that he had multiple chances to invite him on the show but turned them all down.
“Every time I’ve had the chance to have him on my show, I’ve turned it down,” Rogan asserted. Donating to him is something I’d rather not do. It is not my intention to lend him a hand.
The late TV presenter further clarified that he is “not a Trump supporter in any way, shape or form” when he made his statement public.
