Since Selena Gomez was spotted sporting a gold band on her left ring finger, there have been rumours circulating that she and her boyfriend Benny Blanco are engaged.
The ‘Only Murders in the Building’ actress was spotted on Thursday casually exiting a Subway in Los Angeles. She had a bag of chips, sunglasses and her phone, but it was clear that she was wearing a simple gold band on her engagement finger.
She donned a huge vintage Selena T-shirt and loose-fitting black leggings for the lunchtime stroll. She covered her ears with headphones.
Less than two weeks ago, Gomez, 32, sparked engagement rumours by following a TikTok wedding planning account. She continued to follow CMG Weddings & Events as of Friday night.
She also gained notoriety earlier this month when she deliberately covered her left ring finger with a pink heart emoji in a mirror image that featured Blanco, 36, in the backdrop.
While most fans assumed she was hiding an engagement ring, several observed that she appeared to be hiding a vaporiser she was carrying.
A few days earlier, Deuxmoi revealed that Blanco had proposed “surrounded by friends at their usual beach house hang out,” which further fuelled rumours that the two were getting engaged.
Gomez and Blanco’s reps did not respond to Page Six’s requests for comments after she followed the wedding planning service or after taking the mirror selfie.
The co-star of “Eastside” showed how devoted he is to Gomez in May when he disclosed on “The Howard Stern Show” on SiriusXM that he wants a family with her and that they talk about starting one “every day.”
He also mentioned that he believed they will be married.
That same month, Gomez disclosed that Blanco had modified her life objectives, stating that, should she remain single at 35, she would like to adopt a child.
“It just happens when you least expect it,” she cried out to Time.
The relationship between Gomez and Blanco, despite their little over a year together, was initially made public in December 2023 when the singer and actress called her partner “the best thing that’s ever happened” to her on Instagram.
