In a shocking lawsuit, Lauren Pisciotta, who used to work for Kanye West, says that she was drugged and sexually assaulted while at a recording session with her ex-boss and Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Page Six got a copy of the model’s updated lawsuit on Saturday. It says that she was given a drink that was “laced with an unidentified drug” during the session in Santa Monica, California.
She says West, who is 47 years old, told them to pour the drink, and after a few sips, she “started to feel disoriented.”
In the lawsuit that was filed on Oct. 8 in the Los Angeles Superior Court of California, Pisciotta said that drinking the drink made her feel “less in control of her body and speech.”
She says she felt sick and “immense shame” the next morning, but she still didn’t know all the facts.
Pisciotta sued West earlier this year for sexual harassment and wrongful firing. She said she didn’t find out what happened to her the night of the studio session until “much later.”
According to the complaint, she says that the founder of Yeezy told her that they “did kind of hook up a little one time.” This refers to the night she was supposedly drugged.
It was said that West was married at the time of the claimed assault. He married Kim Kardashian in 2014, and they got a divorce in 2022.
West’s spouse, who was not named in the lawsuit, was said to have been accusing him of having sex with Pisciotta, which made him admit what he said happened at the studio session.
The complaint also says, “Up until that conversation and the reveal of true facts and actions that night, Plaintiff did not know or think she was sexually assaulted that night. Plaintiff only thought she was roofied by a studio assistant, probably to make herself look bad, and then took the blame.”
The ex-assistant was reportedly “disgusted and numb” by West’s alleged confession. She reportedly knew right then that she had to quit her job with the “Power” rapper.
From what the lawsuit says, she had to be “extremely careful” about how she distanced herself because she thought she would be “silenced, blacklisted, and retaliated against.”
It was said that Pisciotta was fired soon after. She claims in her suit, which she first filed in June, that she was promised $3 million in severance pay but never got it.

In the document, the OnlyFans model also said she got rude texts from West more than once.
The trouble is that I want to f–k, but then I want a girl to tell me how hard I f–ked them while I was f–king them. “Then I want her to cheat on me,” one of the texts said.
Pisciotta also said that West had sent him intimate pictures of “new and former” Yeezy workers, both men and women.
She also said that she saw the rapper “Gold Digger” masturbate next to her before going to sleep. It is also said that he got mad at her for turning down his advances to “date or have sex” with her.
West’s lawyers had earlier called Pisciotta’s claims “baseless.” In June, they told Page Six that the model had pursued the “Runaway” rapper “sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits.”
The lawyers also said that Pisciotta used threats to get West to do what she wanted when “her advances were turned down.”
“Before she was fired as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone to get rid of phone records that would show her lies were not true, but all of them have been kept,” they said.
“She was fired because she wasn’t qualified, she wanted too much money (including a $4 million annual salary), and there were many records of her sexually inappropriate and crazy behavior.”
Page Six tried to get West’s lawyer to comment on the new claims in the amended lawsuit but did not hear back right away. The people who work for Combs also didn’t answer our calls.
